Two Vitamin D Home Test Kits, shipped from our Ontario lab. Each kit has everything needed for a simple finger-prick collection, plus a stamped, pre-addressed return envelope.

When to use your second kit

• Supplementing? Retest at 12 weeks to see whether your levels have reached the optimal range.
• Tracking the seasons? Test in late summer and again in late winter.

How it works

1. Register your kit by scanning the QR code in the instructions
2. Collect your sample at home with a quick finger prick
3. Mail it back in the stamped return envelope
4. Receive your personalized report by email
5. Register your second kit and repeat when it's time to retest

Each kit is registered separately, so every report reflects your situation at the time of testing. Research participation is optional. You'll receive your results either way.
