RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.

We only accept resalable items in its original packaging and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged. Please contact us if your package arrives damaged.

After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.

Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change.
