Is shipping cost included in the mailing of products listed in the ImmunoSolutions literature?

Yes.

Is shipping included in the mailing of additional discounted product purchases?

No. Shipping is always an additional cost at checkout.

Can I substitute products included in the ImmunoSolutions package for other products I might want instead?

You may substitute a product of equal or lesser value with the core products (D-K2 and Extra Strength Vitamin D). You may NOT substitute a completely separate product in lieu of another product (i.e. a test kit for bottles of Vitamin D.)

I noticed you have a Vitamin D product available for pets in the ImmunoStore. Could this be included or substituted for products in the ImmunoSolutions package?

The core products included in the ImmunoSolutions subscriptions are ImmunoDrops D-K2 and Extra Strength Vitamin D, as well as test kits, depending on your level of subscription. The only item currently of equal value to PetD is the ImmunoDrops D-K2.

How do I get my discount on additional products?

Once subscribed, your email will be put into a special price list and your discount will be applied automatically for future orders on any products in the ImmunoStore.

Is there only a Vitamin D test kit or are there other test kits as well?

Presently there is only the Vitamin D test kit but we are hard at work innovating not only other tests, but other ways of testing. Stay tuned!

When will the semi-annual small groups be held and how many people will there be per group?

We will be scheduling the small group Q&A sessions for May and November (exact dates TBD.) There will be a maximum of 20 people per small group and questions will be submitted beforehand. There will be an opportunity for additional questions if time permits.

How do I begin the process and can I choose the ImmunoAdvisor I want to speak to?

To start, fill in the referral request online and explain that you would like to speak to an ImmunoAdvisor as a part of the ImmunoSolutions program. Once the details of your request have been reviewed a decision will be made as to the best advisor available for the particular issue. We presently have 20 advisors and plan to have more in the future. We want to provide the best value for you by matching your question with the most experienced individual.

If I don’t want to purchase an ImmunoSolutions package, can I still book a session with an advisor?

Absolutely. You can fill in the referral request online and explain that you would like to speak to an ImmunoAdvisor (mention you are not taking advantage of the ImmunoSolutions Program). Our concierge will then place you with the appropriate advisor. The cost for this service is $450 an hour.

When will my ImmunoSolutions package be up for renewal?

January 1 of each year.

If my subscription is for a family (platinum) or more than one person (gold), can both or all of the people speak with the ImmunoAdvisors?

Absolutely!

When will you have more products available in the ImmunoStore?

Vitamin A and Colostrum are coming soon. Others will be released as Health Canada Guidelines are met.

Will you be offering more courses?

We plan to have new course offerings for the fall of 2025.  Prior to this we will be posting a lecture series from our courses so you may purchase individual lectures, the Vitamin D Symposium lectures from November 2024 will be available this summer. If you have an idea or a request for a lecture topic, please let our concierge know!
