The kit ships directly from our Ontario lab and includes everything needed for a simple finger-prick collection - detailed instructions, lancet, sample collection paper, bandage, and a pre-addressed return envelope.

Upon purchase you'll receive an intake questionnaire by email. Completing it allows us to personalize your results report and, if you choose, include your data in the research. Participation in the research component is optional - you will receive your personalized results either way.

Already supplementing? Retesting at 8–12 weeks confirms your levels have reached the optimal range - and tells you whether your dose needs adjusting.
