ImmunoCeutica's Vitamin D Test Kit, available across Canada, gives you a personalized vitamin D report based on your own blood sample, while contributing to active Canadian vitamin D research led by Dr. Bonnie Mallard, Ph.D., Professor Emerita of University of Guelph.

What's included
The kit ships from our Ontario lab with everything needed for a simple finger-prick collection: illustrated instructions, 2 lancets, an alcohol wipe, gauze, a bandage, a blood sampling card with protective packaging, and a stamped, pre-addressed return envelope.

How it works

1. Register your kit by scanning the QR code in the instructions
2. Collect your sample at home with a quick finger prick
3. Mail it back in the stamped return envelope
4. Receive your personalized report by email

Registration includes a short questionnaire about your supplement use, diet, and sun exposure, which we use to personalize your report. Research participation is optional. You'll receive your results either way.

Already supplementing? Retest at 12 weeks to see whether your levels have reached the optimal range.
