Vitamin D Test Kit

ImmunoCeutica’s Vitamin D Test Research Project is a unique opportunity to participate in Canadian Vitamin D research. The project includes a general intake questionnaire, a test kit, and a personalized vitamin D status report. It also includes access to Dr. Bonnie Mallard's educational lecture on vitamin D testing and supplementation.

The test kit is shipped directly to address in the order, from our lab in Ontario. It includes detailed instructions, a lancet for finger-prick, sample collection paper, a bandage, and a self-addressed shipping package for returning the sample.

You must register your kit by completing the intake questionnaire (emailed upon purchase), which allows us to personalize your report. In the form is also a consent to participate in the research or not. If you opt out the research you will still receive your personalized results.
